Start-to-Finish Course Development
You have deep knowledge in your field and you want to disseminate that expertise online. I help develop measurable learning objectives, write or shape the content, design the online learning activities, and deliver it into the hands of your learners.
Limited Course Development
You already have a storyboard or script for your eLearning. I can adapt the material into a format ideal for online learning, ensuring the content is engaging, interactive, and effective.
Course Delivery
You have an online program developed but don’t know how to deliver it. I determine the best delivery platform for your course, setting up or adapting the materials and getting them ready for your learners to register, pay,and being learning.
My Process
Every course is different, but this basic guide will give you a better idea of how my process works.

Gather
Who are your learners? What do you need them to know after taking your eLearning? What is the best way to keep them engaged in the content?
From this initial intake session, I can determine the scope of the project, (including the cost and timeline) and the right delivery format to best suit your learner’s needs.

Design
I don’t start building the course until you’re happy with the initial plan. I will prepare samples of the learning content to determine the right visual approach for your project.
I will also design templates that will make the development process more efficient.

Develop
Once we have finalized the initial designs and learning approach, I will build the course according to the project plan.
This phase involves the development of all the content including assessments, learning activities, and informational graphics.

Fine Tune
After the initial build, you will get a chance to thoroughly review the course draft.
Based on your notes, I will revise and finalize the course to meet your expectations and goals.

The world of course delivery can be overwhelming, but I have extensive experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and can match the best system to meet your needs.
